When do bookings open?
Construction of the first phase is actively underway. First houses — 2026. Leave a request and we'll notify you first when bookings open.
How does booking and payment work?
Leave a request on the site or message us on Telegram — our manager confirms availability within 24 hours. Payment is by cash or bank transfer on arrival. No online payment on the site.
What is included in the stay price?
Full access to all complex infrastructure: parking, lobby lounge, internet, library, BBQ area, meditative trails, hot tubs, pond zone, coworking, plus breakfast at the restaurant. Bed linen and towels in all houses. Extra charge: massage — booked separately.
Can I bring a pet?
Please check with our manager — pet arrangements are discussed individually. Message us on Telegram @kray_rest.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the complex — in houses, the coworking space, and the lobby lounge.
Is food provided?
There is an on-site restaurant with a seasonal menu from local farm produce. Breakfasts are included in the stay price. Lunches and dinners available by advance order.
Is there a shelter and generator?
Yes, the complex is equipped with a shelter and an autonomous generator in case of power outages.
How do I cancel a booking?
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your check-in date. Cancellations within 48 hours are handled individually with the manager.
Is there an EV charging station?
Yes, there is an electric vehicle charging station in the parking area.
