Frequently asked questions
Why do weekday and weekend rates differ?
Weekdays are cheaper: Couple House from ₴4,500 per night, Family House from ₴5,500, Group House from ₴6,000. At weekends the same houses cost ₴5,500, ₴6,500 and ₴7,500 respectively.
What is the minimum stay?
One night on weekdays. At weekends the minimum is two nights.
Is the price per person or per house?
Per house per night, regardless of how many guests. Only the format capacity limits it: Couple House up to 2 people, Family House up to 4, Group House up to 6.
What is the earliest possible check-in?
The first possible check-in is 1 November 2026. We are currently taking pre-bookings for dates from that day onward.
KRAY pricing is transparent and final. Couple House from UAH 4,500 per night (for two), Family House from UAH 5,500 (for up to 4 guests), Group House from UAH 6,000 (for up to 6 guests). Included in the price: full complex infrastructure, private terrace with canyon views, parking, bed linen and towels.
Two booking options: weekdays (from 1 night) and weekends (minimum 2 nights). Weekend rates are slightly higher — and weekend slots fill fastest, so plan ahead. We open on November 1, 2026 — pre-bookings are already accepted via the form on the site; our manager confirms within 24 hours.
