KRAY is a countryside base in Velyka Buhaiivka, Vasylkiv district, 35 km from central Kyiv. Fifteen private cabins stand on a balka slope inside the Vasylkivski Karpaty landscape reserve. Check-ins open on 1 November 2026; we are currently taking pre-bookings for dates from that day.
What a stay includes
Each cabin is a separate unit with its own terrace, not a room in a block. Three formats: Couple House 35 m² for two, Family House 45 m² for up to four, Group House 55 m² for up to six. Fifteen houses in total: six, five and four respectively.
On site: hot tubs overlooking the valley (2–4 people), a restaurant working with local produce, BBQ and a fire pit, a pond, a children’s area, a yoga and event space, and meditative trails. Reception is staffed around the clock.
Where it is and how to get there
Velyka Buhaiivka, Vasylkiv district, Kyiv Oblast — 35 km from central Kyiv and 25 km from the city boundary. By road: the Novobukhivska highway (E95) with the Velyka Buhaiivka exit, or the Odessa highway (M05) via Vasylkiv.
