What is being built and at what stage
The complex comprises fifteen cabins in three formats: six 35 m² Couple Houses, five 45 m² Family Houses and four 55 m² Group Houses. On site: hot tubs, a restaurant, BBQ and a fire pit, a pond, a children's area, a yoga and event space, meditative trails, and 24/7 reception.
Construction is under way. The first check-ins are scheduled for 1 November 2026 — until then only pre-booking is available.

The investment programme involves purchasing a cabin in the complex with land ownership. The stated terms are a yield from 10% per year; these are the terms the developer offers, not a confirmed realised return: the complex is not yet operating, so no history of actual payouts exists.
